Problem:
Many people are walking the planet feeling lost and overwhelmed. They don’t realize what they are feeling, doing or that they in fact have a problem. They may be angry or depressed without knowing why. They may be jealous or insecure. They may be overreacting to situations, addicted to a substance or activity. They may have no clue how they present themselves to others in the world.
Solution:
Part of the awareness process is knowing that you have a problem. Identifying what it is and how it is impacting your life. This is where the three A’s : Admit, Accept and Action are featured.
It is important to admit that you have a problem. However, just admitting it doesn’t change anything. Acceptance is the next necessary step as it allows you to look at what you can and cannot change. Action is the third step. A plan of action be it seeking help from a therapist, joining a group, reading a book, and making specific decisions with intention to help you resolve your problem.
