The dating game and relationships for many is a headache, so the game isn’t fun.

It doesn’t have to be this way.

Most people want someone to love and to be loved back but if you don’t know what you’re looking for or what you are afraid of, then this potentially beautiful experience can turn into an exercise of frustration or worse….a nightmare!

It is important to be honest with yourself so that you can be open and honest with others.

As a West Island Montreal Psychologist and a woman, I know the struggles around intimate relationships or the lack of one.

I have seen and experienced heartache, suffering, longing, anticipation, dashed hopes, etc around relationships.

So many people, men and women, feel lost or afraid when it comes to relationships.

This doesn’t have to be this way. This is not to say that relationships can be or will be perfect. Perfection does not exist!
